Times are tough! We are all doing our best, but outside stresses are rampant. Not to worry! Help is on its way in the form of PANINI THERAPY.
INGREDIENTS
Flat bread, ciabatta, or ready-made pizza crust...
Mozzarella
Goat cheese
Grilled zucchini
Prosciutto
Tomatoes, sliced
Figs, sliced (optional)
Olive oil
Balsamic glaze
Salt/pepper to taste
Optional/additional ingredients:
Avocado
Cilantro
Roasted jalapeños
Any meat
Veggie option: no meat
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Panini Press, Grill, or large skillet
Metal spatula
Pastry brush
Small bowl for olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat grill to medium high, let it get hot for 5 minutes
2. Assemble your panini - with stress releasing gusto
Put top on bread and brush with olive oil and salt
3. Put on grill, oiled side down
4. Brush top with olive and salt
5. Grill for 4-5 minutes
6. Turn grill to low
7. Flip the panini
8. Grill for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melting
9. Remove from grill, slice and enjoy. You should feel better immediately.
