Squash Seeds with Israeli Spices

I roasted the seeds from the squash I made last week with some of the spice mix I brought back from Israel. I really need someone to properly classify the spices for me.

Basic Squash Seed Recipe
1 cup squash seeds
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
seasoning to taste
1. Wash seeds, removing any flesh and pat dry.
2. Toss with olive oil, salt and seasoning until well coated.
3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
